Preshen Pillay 

Director 

Preshen is currently enrolled as a practising Attorney with the Law Society for the Northern Provinces. Pursuant to his Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Criminology and Legal studies, he completed his LLB degree at the University of Kwa Zulu Natal. He served his articles at a prestigious legal firm in Durban, upon completion of his studies.

Preshen’s skills and experience extend to civil litigation, labour law, family law, estates administration and insurance law, and more recently pension funds. He has experience in both the Magistrate’s Court and High Court of South Africa.

His current role is focused on ensuring regulatory compliance, and securing employee benefits and employer contributions in terms of the Pension Funds Act, and the Labour Relations Act read together with the supporting Regulations thereto.
